I have had the wonderful opportunity to see Mary Poppins three times, and during my third time having the privilege to see Catherine Walker (a native of my hometown of Lancaster, PA) play Mary Poppins. What a treat it was! I don't think words can even begin to describe the beautiful job she does of playing the part. Catherine takes the role on in a completely different way than Ashley Brown and it is an absolute delight to watch. She sings the music so sweetly with her lovely lyrical soprano voice. Her comical timing with lines and accent are impeccable and her chemistry with Gavin Lee is fantastic. She IS Mary Poppins. The whole show and cast is just extraordinary and so beautiful! It truly is a wonder to behold!

She seems to be making quite the splash, then. All these threads indicate this...makes me want to see her in the role, that's for sure.

How to properly use its/it's: Its is the possessive. It's is the contraction for it is...

Either that or there is some MAJOR shilling going on. Do you realize that almost every thread started about Ms. Walker has been started by a new swing that just joined that day or by someone who has only ever written about Ms. Walker? Interesting. Not to say that she isn't fabulous...she may very well be. I just hate when almost blatant shilling occurs. Of course...I guess that is all part of the biz...you have to get people talking.
