If it is indeed for Chrissie's show, I'm willing to get a group together to put on brown bobs and get crazy, bitter Joyce Dewitt all over their asses.

Well, the timing of the ad is perfect for the Somers show. She starts performances in two weeks (July 8th) and there's been very little advertising so far.

Maybe she and her husband are producing it along with HSN.
Anyone still have their Sunday Times? Is there an ad in there perhaps?

Just checked my Sunday Times (which just happens to be right next to me) and there's only the little ad in the big theatre listings section. Nothing else - but there is the hilarious DRS ad that had me laughing out loud for probably a longer time than it should have...

Oh God, you know what's going to happen to me if I go in for it? They are going to bleach my hair, give me a boob job, fake tan me, make me watch Three's Company for 24 hours while using the thingmaster until I come out looking like a miniture Somers herself...

The Pajama Game is not even confirmed to happen, let alone in pre-production, cast and ready to go. If it happens at all, it won't be before the end of the year (2006 is more likely).

I really hope that THE PAJAMA GAME comes to fruition with the original choreography recreated. I love that show and it is way past due for a stellar revival. Harry Connick Jr., do well in the part not to mention the fact that he would sell a bunch of tickets!

Nope. The Weisslers are the King and Queen of secrecy. And for the last time, they would not refer to a show already on the boards as "new."
