Posted: 6/27/12 at 4:08pmDo Broadway theaters have a room where bags can be checked (in particular the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre)? We will be catching a train after a matinee following a 2-night stay, and the hotel is in the wrong direction to leave bags.

Posted: 6/27/12 at 7:42pmCheck out Schwartz Travel and Storage...it's located on 36th St. and 9th Ave. I kept two pieces of luggage there while I watched a matinee, and it cost $11.

Posted: 6/28/12 at 1:21amMost Broadway theaters have coat checks (cloak rooms) but I'm not sure if they are open in the summer.

Posted: 6/28/12 at 1:59pmI've brought bags to shows when I'm traveling and the theatre staff have always offered to check them, regardless of season. Most are $1-2 or free.
