She's coming up on Leno now... (so the promos say)

re: Chenoweth on Leno

She so tiny, and sings when she talks.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

oh my god that was the funniest thing I ever saw, she sang 'Its hard out here for a pimp' as an opera song.
#4

re: Chenoweth on Leno

LOL. Her HARD OUT HERE FOR A PIMP was hilarious.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

Haha. . that was so funny. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have been able to imagine an opera rendition of that song.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

There seemed to be Wickedheads out in the audience as well :)

re: Chenoweth on Leno

She should have dressed better.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

I love her! Did you all notice how she catered to the audience as if in a show. Not as much camera or Leno focusing. She's just so socially great.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

I just watched it. Quite adorable.

I'm sure it'll be on YouTube.com but...
Did anyone TiVo it?
I'd love to have it as a *legal* digital video file.

CLIFFS NOTES VERSION OF WHAT SHE TALKED ABOUT:

From Brokenarrow, Oklahoma. Close to Tulsa, where Jay opened an act for Patty Paige before Kristin was born. Bought flowers for Erin Dilly of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" from 1-800-FLOWERS and was mistaken for a child because of her small voice. Explained her two singing degrees in college. Demonstrated the different pageant waves and is still bitter about not winning Miss Oklahoma pageant even though she won in the Swimsuit and Talent competition. Just sang with Da Mingo at the D.C. Opera and sang a few lines of "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp." Shared her neck-brace stories as Glinda, and being too doped up on Vicadin to say a line correctly: "I was too distracted by my bubbles. I had a crown... finally!" She loves watching Court TV and wanted to be a private detective. She wants to meet Bill Curtis of "American Justice." Also likes watching "America's Most Wanted" and wants to use her feminine charm to distract a fugitive. Is performing at the Greek Theatre in L.A. July 9th. Then showed a clip from the up-coming movie "R.V." where she plays the wife of the Jeff Daniels character.

It was a hilarius show she is delightful. When you do an interview like that your career just hits the roof. People are talking about it at work. Wow she is something else.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

She was totally charming and sweet. And I love me some Kiefer. AND a Matthew Sweet fan, so last night was a great show.

But I despise Leno. Watched Letterman until Kiefer was on.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

I thought it was cute when she went over and hugged Susanna Hoffs at the end. Her smile is just adorable.
Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!

re: Chenoweth on Leno

what does she mean she got the crown "finally" ? I didn't get that.
#20

re: Chenoweth on Leno

Because she was joking about how bitter she still was for not winning the Miss Oklahoma crown.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

She was as annoying as HELL. And what an ugly outfit.

re: Chenoweth on Leno

Im with you Munk. To me, she always comes across as VERY phony and last night's "performance" was especially cringe-inducing.
