Has any information been released about rush or lottery for these two shows? Or any speculation of what they might do?

They likely won't until a few days before previews start. It's free publicity reminding people the show is about to start, and there's no benefit to informing potential buyers that there will be cheaper ticket options too early to give them a reason not to buy.

Personally, I like it when events like these offer additional bonuses, because you can save money and still enjoy the atmosphere. It's like gambling: for example, I recently tried the crazy time demo mode, and for me, it's a great way to have fun without risking money but with the chance to win. It's a similar concept: first, attract interest and offer something beneficial, and then whet the appetite for the event. It's free publicity reminding people the show is about to start, and there's no benefit to informing potential buyers that there will be cheaper ticket options too early to give them a reason not to buy."
On the other hand, if ticket prices are lower or discounted, such measures may attract more people to the show who might otherwise stay home.

Rush and lottery are same or next-day purchases. There's nothing to buy for rush and lottery until the show's about to begin so as MemorableUserName said, there's no reason to announce cheap ways to get same-day tickets yet.

I won the Telecharge lottery yesterday for Ragtime and saw the show tonight. Incredible production! Seats were on the far side of the Beaumont orchestra but perfect view for $49. You can buy one seat or two.
