It was definitely said in jest...in a teasing sort of way! She knew it as was totally evidenced by her comments.

And I could HEAR him say it too...not so much mouthed.

I don't find him physically attractive. I wouldn't say he was sinister looking but Id agree on the too pointy.
He is a great actor though!! I saw him when he was just starting at Village Theatre in Washington.

In gay lingo, calling someone a bitch is no big deal -- it's part of the gay argot -- how many zillions of times have you been in a gay bar or gay-friendly setting and someone says "you bitch" without meaning the literal connotation. I don't think Cheyenne meant any disrespect to KLG.
