"But... I think I'm the only one in the world who doesn't find him *physically* attractive. Too.. pointy and sinister-looking for my tastes." I don't find him physically attractive. I wouldn't say he was sinister looking but Id agree on the too pointy. He is a great actor though!! I saw him when he was just starting at Village Theatre in Washington.
I liked her in RWS. :) RV was entertaining - not something I'd want to watch over and over but its entertainment. I havn't read any reviews for 'Four Christmases' but I like Reese Witherspoon so I figured it'd be good. Also Deck the Halls was mildly entertaining. But I must agree she isn't an actress she is a performer and should come back to Broadway :)
I would love love love to see her in Young Frank. I'm one of the few people who actually enjoyed it. But she would be amazing, although I would like to see her in something better than young frankenstein as much as I enjoyed it. "She should spit in Brook's eye!" Heck yeah!
personally, I like Young Frankenstein, but I think that after the original cast leaves the show will have a major downfall. I think that this time next year the show will be ready to close. I do think it'll go on tour though.
I'm a bit upset that its only running for a little while. I would give almost anything to see Patrick Wilson live. - Although I'd rather a musical than a play. I wish I could be in town when its playing
Most of my friends are very active in theatre so I havn't gone to many shows alone, other then when I'm in New York and some of my friends aren't with me. My first show alone was RENT or Wicked.
I saw it last time I was in town and it was fabulous! :) I'm glad they arn't going to attempt to do the show with out Nathan Lane. That would be terrible. I'm thinkin he should do a musical next.
Really? For Young Frankenstein they are doing Deep Love. I figured they'd do Transylvania Mania, considering it is a big group number. Deep Love is Megan and Shuler. Hum. I don't think thats a good choice but I also thought Xanadu would do Xanadu.
The only reason I'm saying this is because I prefer seeing musicals on stage rather then on screen. But i think that if they were going to make musicals into movies they should do it like they had done Into the Woods just record a performance. I predict within the next 5 years there will be a Wicked Movie Musical.
I'm hoping this is all a joke. Honestly this sounds worse then Shrek and almost as bad as Spiderman. I really hope this is just a big late April fools joke.
