Chip Zien as Thenardier?

So, I did a search and there are not many reviews on how he is doing as Thenardier. If you saw him, what did you think of him? Does he stagedoor after the show?

I saw him sitting front row on July 17. That was my first time seeing Les Mis so I don't have anyone to compare him too, but I thought he was a riot. I loved his skinny legs in the white tights. He is tiny. But he was an amazing singer and he was a great actor. I personally loved him.

I saw him his first weekend (only his third performance), and wasn't too thrilled at the time, but you could tell he was just getting into it. He even flubbed up a line or two. However, he showed several signs that he'd eventually grow into a good Thenardier, which if it were to happen, I'm sure has happened by now. I remember he did yell a lot of lines rather than sing them, but that's his choice.

And yes, he does SD (or at least he did that first Saturday).

Haha. Gary was pretty annoying. Chip is alright, but a little too much.
