I just found out from ITH facebook page that Christopher is leaving in August. I've seen the show 7 times and Christopher is freaking awesome as Benny. He will always be Benny. He is amazing!!!!!! In my opinion, ITH will just not be the same without him. Im soo sad!!! :O(

Wow...so sad to hear this but it had to happen sooner or later. He's been with the show practically since it's infancy. He *is* Benny. I've seen him in the role 5 times and I've seen the touring cast and with all due with respect to the actor playing the part in the touring company he cannot touch Christopher Jackson.

I hope and pray that he gets the opportunity to do the film as he and Lin-Manuel go waaaay back.

He will definitely be missed at the Richard Rodgers.
