That's quite possibly the most amazing thing ever.
I loooooove Christopher Walken.
Is it just me who's a little wary that this is the third "confirmed" Wilbur?
But this is reportedly straight from Scott Whittman's mouth, so I took it a little more seriously.
(I only take it as the 2nd "confirmed" Wilbur because Billy Crystal was never anything more than a very strong rumor.)

It's been Billy Crystal, Jim Broadbent, and now, apperantly, Christopher Walken.
I'm definitely not good at searching, I went back a couple pages and didn't see anything while skimming...anyway, there's another thread on this, so ignore this one now, haha.
I just love when "gossip goes wrong." So much for Broadbent!
Walken? Okay.
I'm going to wait until the movie comes out, and I see who's up on the screen that night.
THEN it'll be confirmed.
I think he is terrific for the role, although I do wish he were a bit shorter. Actually, with him in the role I wouldn't mind it if they added a new number for him.
i have a feeling timeless to me will have a huge dance break. it will be hot!
So funny, I was just talking to my friend on the subway about Wilbur. We were both very dissappointed when Crystal bailed. This is PERFECT casting! This film is gonna ROCK!
Wow, Oh Wow!
I need more cowbell...
Easy, guys.. I put my pants on just like the rest of you - one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold records.
I think he will be great, although I find him very scary. I hope he has fun with the role!
I know I stand alone, but I detest Christopher Walken. I know he's talented and all, but I never got it.

i cant really imagine Christopher as Wilbur, but I think he will be good all the same...im not too familiar with him though, so ill probably be pleasantly suprised
:P
Tap Dance anyone?
I didn't know that Michelle Pfeiffer was going to be Velma! That's Cool!
I think the Christopher Walken could be great a Wilbur, Think of his character from "Blast to the Past."

thats just what i thought too!
CW in 'Blast from the Past' has a Wilbur look.
They should add a tap dancing break for him in the film, since he's so damn GOOD at it.
Maybe in "You're Timless To Me," since both he and John can really "cut a rug."

My heart fell to the floor, as this is the most amazing thing ever done since the creation of Sprite.
::takes a drink::
Walken.
hey ya'll thats my idea!
I'm with you Bettyboy72 ! Please no extra dancing than what should be there. He is a BAD tap dancer. Clunky.
