@ Musical Master, I actually think that’s a really interesting idea. Jodi's amazing and it would be really cool to see her as Marie- has she sung opera? I think it would be cool if they got Joan Collins for the Stepmother. I know it’s just a gay boy’s forbidden fantasy, but I always wished Bernadette had played Madame, but seeing as the role has very little singing in it….

I have to think that every leading female role for just about any musical has Laura on their #1 wish list. so i bet if she does extend, it wont be for more then a couple months.

Loved Osnes but thought Fontana was every bit her equal. Really thought he was terrific and under appreciated for his quirky, lovable take on Prince Charming. The guy knows how to hold stage. But yes, Osnes was quite wonderful. Tough slippers to fill...

I agree. They were both terrific. Laura Osnes is truly giving the performance of a lifetime in this role. I could not take my eyes off of her.
