Can't remember where I've seen it, in a little box. Thank you if you know!

There's one on the right side of BroadwayStars.

Posted: 12/27/07 at 11:51amThank you for your replies! However, I'm still looking, cause Bway Stars'list is only the openings, not closings, from what I can see. I'm not bloodthirsty, but it's helpful to see a list of what's closing so you can know and not miss something you might want to see that's closing. Theatermania's alphabetical listings are good to look up a particular show, but not for knowing what is closing this week or next week.

Theatermania has opening dates and closing dates for all of the shows listed. Anything that is an open run and not closing says "open run". You can even separate them by category (Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off, Off, etc). I use those dates all the time when there is something I want to see that may be closing. I have noticed that within hours of a show announcing its closing, the date is usually posted on their listing. It is actually how I am planning what to see in February when I hope to get back to NYC.

To piggyback on uncageg:
Each column on the listings at Theatermania is a link so you can sort by columns if alpha order isn't what you're looking for.

Posted: 12/27/07 at 12:28pmWell look at that! CrazyMutha, in the 4 years I have been using them, I never knew that feature existed! I usually do just look at the listings by Broadway, Off-Broadway, etc. And I like that their discount tickets are broken up into categories.

I can't believe noone said this yet. But Broadway.com lists the first preview, the opening night and the closing night dates of all Broadway and off-Broadway shows. Just click on "See All Shows" close to the bottom left on the homepage and its on the right side.

Posted: 12/27/07 at 3:26pmUnfortunately both theatermania and broadway.com's listings are in some instances either incomplete or inaccurate. For example, broadway.com doesn't list the closing dates for The Grinch or Cymbeline. Theatermania doesn't have a closing dates marked for the limited engagements being put on by MTC (Come Back, Little Sheeba and Top Girls) and Roundabout (39 Steps, Sunday in the Park, Dangerous Liaisons)
