Yes, “Sexy” from Mean Girls was definitely the highlight of the show for me.
Also “Stop” from Mean Girls was hilarious too (up until that dreadful line about child porn... The whole theatre was cringing when I saw it. Even the actress seemed like she hated having to say it.)

I second "As We Stumble Along". It stopped the show the evening we saw it and we were singing it when we left the theater.

I just saw one this weekend: "It's An Art" from Working
"I'm Not Getting Married Today" -- stopped the show in the recent London revival of Company headed for Broadway, and Alice Ripley got a standing ovation after she performed it at the Kennedy Center Sondheim Festival production.
