It is a marketing person's job to take a hard stand and say "this is what I think
most people would like". Under that banner, pretending we've become Company's publicists, it seems fair to make conclusive statements. Allowing for difference and opinion is, of course, implicit.
I would probably also argue that Raul's physical appearance alone would not inspire the majority. That seems a pretty fair objective statement to me, based on way too many societal references to drudge up in a message board debate. My point earlier was that I think he's attractive enough to reach the fringe-conventional status that appeals to a majority. If only they'd utilized a better visual representation. I think he looks better in stills from the show than he does in the photoshot used for the advertising. I mean, good for him and all, but it should be
the other way around.
...I just want a buddy icon. Can we have those, please? Aww. But, seriously, the website should be better. Good websites don't get new customers, but I'd venture a guess that they do quite a bit to encourage repeat visitors. If you still can't figure out getting a Buddy Icon after Em's instructions, PM me whatever picture you want and I'll make you one. It's
really easy.
