Confused about The Great Comet's Seating Chart: the black dots

I'm looking at the seating chart for the Great Comet of 1812. Does anyone understand why some seats are blacked out? I'm looking at 2 seats to possibly buy but there's a black dot between the two of them.

Is there where musicians/actors are going to sit? There's another part on the site saying something about tables for 4, but how can tables for 4 fit in that spot?

They are tables. There is a legend on the right of the seating map...

Thanks. I'm just trying to picture how they are going to fit a table for 4 people in a spot that small.

Buying tickets for this show is a little confusing.

I think the tables with four people around them are the ones at the bottom of the map. Imagine cabaret. That's how it will be set up.

Yes, the more I look at it, the more I think the tables will be up on stage.

There simply is no room for tables in between seats, say, in row G, where I'm looking at hopefully getting tix.

It'll be an adventure. Looking forward to it!

The tables in the house are only one table taking up one seat. They are not a table with four seats.

There are tables with four seats around them in the middle of the orchestra, but those are the yellow dots (the chairs) around the tables (black dots).

OK, I'm just thoroughly confused. I selected my tickets and when I was about ready to buy this message comes up:

WTF???? This is too confusing.
