ADDING MACHINE was one of the most enjoyable shows I had seen this season, for it to be snubbed was a sham.
As for the DD show itself, other than a few - very few - good moments, it couldn't have been less entertaining nor boring. For a while I was wondering if anyone was even going to show up for their awards. Geez!
Hell, once Playbill.com released the full list of 'secret' winners, well in advance of the 'official' announcements mind you, I turned it off and hit the rack.
I love theatre, but count me out for the "deskies" next year.
