So given that there is an added performance this friday in place of the Saturday nights performance, does anyone know what the rotation is going to be between Alex and Taylor?

I've seen it with both actors and think both were excellent. I was kind of sorry that Alex Sharp didn't acknowledge Taylor Trensch, the actor who plays Christopher twice a week, when he got the Tony.

How does that answer his question? He asked for information on the schedule, not your opinion on the performers.
My guess is that whoever would normally go on for the Saturday night performance will be going on for the added show.

I would love confirmation on this as well.

That brings up a point, why are there two people in that role? Is the role particularly strenuous, or is it his age as in like an Equity rule? I saw the show and it was wonderful, but there are plenty of other roles on Broadway that equally as strenuous as that one...

His age? Both actors are adults.
The producers decided that the role was too strenuous. Their decision to make. Period. They thought it would be better to ensure that their leads stayed as healthy as possible.
PLENTY of other roles just as strenuous? I don't think he is off stage for more than 2-3 minutes the entire show, and there isn't a heck of a lot of time HE isn't the one doing the talking. The physicality (though hard for many to compare to dancing) is also taxing.
I'll be seeing this a 2nd time with my teenage son and was rather hoping I'd get to catch Trensch (sp?) this time, but that seems unlikely.

Hostile? Where was I hostile? I answered your question.

New schedule from now on. Trensch does Weds eve and Saturday matinee. Sharp is on for the other shows.

Makes much more sense this way. It must be really hard for Alex Sharp to perform that part twice in one day. Now things are spread out a little more.
