Shannon Durig, Niki Scalera, Darlene Love, and Tevin Cambell are all really great. I haven't seen George Wendt, though.
Ashley Spencer is OK, as is Ashley Parker Angel.

I was watching it today (with Van Hughes u/s as Link, and temporary cast members Kevin Meaney as Wilbur and Jim J Bullock as MAF) and while I can think of people I like better in certain roles individually, I think it was my favorite performance of the show I'd seen so far.
Ashley Parker Angel does seem to have less and less energy with every show, though.

In my opinion George Wendt was really good, not the best Edna I have ever seen but still very good. I just saw the show like a month ago and I really enjoyed it. I think this is a great cast. Enjoy it, I'll be seeing the tour next week, and I'm really excited. For me this show never gets old, I always have a great time!

I saw the show not more than two weeks ago and it was as awesome as always. Mary Birdsong joined the cast fairly recently and she does some new and great things with the role of Velma. Original cast member Clarke Thorell is back with the show playing Corny Collins and hes still my favorite. Darlene Love is still hitting those incredible notes. I'll probably try to catch Jim J while he's back, even in a smaller role, hes hysterical. Youll have a great time.

This weekend, standby Marissa Perry will be going on as Tracy. Definitely catch her; she brings a whole new and vibrant energy to the cast.

Does anyone know how much longer Shannon will be with the show? And when she leaves, does that automatically mean that Melissa Perry gets the part? I'm going to see the show April 20th and was just wondering what to expect.

I love Shannon as Tracy. I agree that Darlene Love is a wonderful Motormouth. Tevin Campbell is excellent as Seaweed. These 3 alone are a reason to not miss this cast (Wendt wasn't in when we saw it).

Marissa Perry will be taking over the role of Tracy on April 15.
She doesn't "automatically" get the role, though. They could have hired someone new or brought back someone that previously played the role, but they chose to bump her up.

Yes.. thank you. I was hoping to see Shannon one last time as well, but it will be fun to see how Melissa plays the part as well. I'll be there for Ms. Love's final performance. That should be a night to remember as well. Can't wait!!

I saw the show on January 4th and thought George Wendt was good - of course, he's the only Enda i've seen because this was my first time seeing the show. Marissa went on for Tracy also the day I saw it and I thought she was excellent - I was lucky to meet her before the show at the stage door.
I would love to get back to see this show again soon - especially since Darlene Love is leaving - she was AMAZING! Also, I'm glad to see Marissa will be playing Tracy on a regular basis starting April 15th!

Well, I saw it last night and LOVED it!!! Great production and performances all around. George Wendt was so lovable and brought the crowd to its feet at curtain call. He and Kevin Meaney were so cute. Shannon did a great job as well!! Everyone who posted here was right on with their postings. Thanks again!!

I remember running into Marissa on the street the day after she went on. She was so shocked that I recognized her. I told her she was excellent and one would never know she was making her Broadway debut the night I saw her perform.

Tevin Campbell was a popular recording artist in the 90s - and, among other things, was the voice of Powerline in A Goofy Movie (though his Playbill bio regrettably omits that).
There hasn't been any understudies so far this week - including tonight, a surprise after last night's 1000th show bash! You may get lucky.
