I think that the rights will be avaliable soon. I remember when they posted a closing notice they said they are excited that the show can now be performer by regional theaters across the country

We just applied for the rights, and on the little form it said that Spamalot was the only show that isn't available currently. And we called and confirmed that with Theatrical Worldwide.
