DAMN YANKEES at Encores! Question...

Someone posted on ATC a while ago that they will be using the original book for DAMN YANKEES.

But has anyone here heard anything? I sure hope it's the original book, and not that revised book from 1994. And since this is Encore I assume they will be using Don Walker's original orchestrations. THANK GOD. The revivals of SOUTH PACIFIC and GYPSY have proved how amazing a revival is when they use the original orchestrations played by a FULL orchestra.

Anyone know for sure if they'll be using the original book?

The only change I wish they would use is the trio version NEAR TO YOU. Beautiful.

I'm just glad it'll be Cheyenne Jackson and Jane Krakowski performing "Two Lost Souls," although I would have loved having Sean Hayes and Krakowski share a song! The show just needs a duet between them two, but "Two Lost Souls" makes more sense if it's performed by Joe and Lola.
