State the face value of the tickets and sell here ONLY for that amount.

The face value is on the telecharge site, how much i this person selling them for? They should be under $199 at facevlue.

Everyone is so obsessed with Face value these days... whats it to you guys what the face value is... this person has seats for Dec 2 and is simply taking offers...
Theres no other good on earth where people are taunted for selling something above market value... Why doesnt anyone care when someone buys a home and then 10 years later sells it for double... in theory its more immoral to sell a home above “ face value” then a ticket to a show. How about the local supermarket? Do you guys also taunt them for selling you a gallon of milk they probably bought for 10 cents and resold to you for a few bucks?

Because it's a fan site, so it is normally not where you go to profit. That's pretty standard for online communities. When I sell tickets for face value, I'll post it here. But when I make a few bucks, or sometimes quite a lot of bucks, I go elsewhere.

Posted: 11/14/17 at 9:15amThe initial post made no mention of price... just best offers... people just attacking and saying to go elsewhere... you can easily give a low offer and not attack assuming he/she wants to profit... people a little obsessed w face value when there was no mention here of wanting more in the first place

When someone joins a website and their first post is to tell people to make a best offer for tickets to a sold out show, it totally sounds like they are looking to profit. Or you can keep reading it to not sound like that, if you prefer...

The person joined just to sell tickets. If they were up front, they would have had an asking price. They are looking for a profit. You are likely the same person, joining to defend yourself.
When I buy milk, I am buying it from a business with overhead. I expect they are making a profit...they need to. Houses go up in value over time.....that too is realistic. This kind of (likely) scalping is taking advantage of people and their love of theater.

Or...when someone joins a website and their first post is to chastise people who are commenting on another first time poster scalping tickets...
