Are Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Light in the Piazza, and 25th Annual Putnim County Spelling Bee going on tour?

Posted: 9/15/05 at 9:18pmProvidence? Really? That's somewhat surprising, as PPAC isn't exactly a tour hotspot (usually the 2nd/3rd swing of a tour hits Providence). However, PPAC is a favorite theater of mine, so I don't mind!

Posted: 9/15/05 at 9:27pmIt's already been brought up, but I just hope that Putnam County and Light in the Piazza don't play huge 2,000+ seat houses. They're just not right there. They're much mroe intimate pieces, and they'd be ruin like the Urinetown tour that played the same theatres Lion King did.

Posted: 9/15/05 at 11:57pmIt took my a while to get "25APCSB" Anyways, I agree about the theater sizes, but a lot of cities, like mine for instance, don't really have any smaller houses to play at. We only have a concert hall and that's it. After that it goes down to like really scaled down theaters like 300-400 ppl maybe. So there's a sit down in DRS? Weird choice for a sit down. I thought not a lot of shows did well in Toronto.
