Poor London? Pardon but are you on crack? They eat stuff like Blood pudding and Bubble and Squeak. They will If you'll pardon the pun "eat up" David Hasselhoff in the role. I am just thrilled he is way across the pond, because that one is gonna be a stinker.

once upon a time it was my dream to be on baywatch ... now i'm hoping one day Mr. Hasselhoff will use his wonderful theatrical side to bring to life "Baywatch the Musical" starring DH, Pamela Anderson, and me

Watching the taped version of J and H on HBO PUT ME TO SLEEP.
He can't sing
BUT HE LOOKS GREAT IN A BATHING SUIT.
I swear i used to watch Baywatch because the man is so sexy.
You know who is even cuter the short lifeguard who was in the Normal Heart.
That man is so pretty he makes my heart race.
Everyone was always oozing over Raul but the guy who played the Times Reporter was the sexy steamy one.
Time for a shower.

With all the stunt casting going on recently, I wouldnt be surprised if David Hasselhoff came to the Broadway production. Lets cross out fingers and hope this doesnt happen. I would rather watch paint dry than see him in another show. At least the paint wont try and sing.

The London production (from what I've heard) is in pretty sorry shape already... dare I say it, he might actually improve the company.

However, the Weissler's have struck a new low with me. It's only a matter of time before they decide to bring him here. God save Chicago. lol

Brilliant casting, now all his fans in Germany can hop on the train and see their favorite American performer acting and singing like only he can. Personally I'd rather see Danny Bonaduce do it than ever witness Hasselhoff onstage again, but those Germans seem to love him. Kinda like the French and their thing with Jerry Lewis.

And isn't that the weirdest thing? I mean, Lewis and the French I can see, given some of the antecedents of comedy in French theatre and movies. But what is it with Hasselholf and the Germans? Any idea what prompted this?

Apparently, he is going to be brought over to New York after the London run - according to the times interview with Barry.
