Debbie Wileman - Judy Garland CD

Not sure if this has been talked about, but if you ever wanted to know what Judy Garland might have sounded like singing some of the classics (e.g. from Mame and Follies), a chilling take on 'Beauty and the Beast', singing 'Defying Gravity' and taking on some of the greats (Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Adele) this CD pretty much solves this problem. The impersonation is so spot on to me it IS Judy Garland, and I absolutely love it! If someone could do a spot-on impersonation of Bernadette in the 90s I would love to hear a similar thing done.

Holy Baby Jesus! She’s surreal and fantastic. She completely captures Garland’s vocal nuances and essence. I’m getting this album. SOLD!

I’ve been enjoying her videos on YouTube for years. A few times I’ve pulled up one of her videos and showed it to friends who I knew were big Judy fans without telling them she sounds like Judy to just watch the shock on their faces. Much like the first time I saw her, they, too, end up crying.
