Decca to release "The Boyfriend" on CD 6/28#0

The Boyfriend, starring Judy Carne and Sandy Duncan, will finally be available on CD 6/28, 35 years after the orginal LP release. This reissue is timed to coincide with the new Goodspeed Opera House production to be directed by Julie Andrews and will feature photgraphs from the 1970 Broadway revival, many of which have never been published.

The recording has been out of print for 25 years, and Decca promises all orginal liner notes and a remastered recording.

I love The Boyfriend, though I'd love a recording of the Julie Andrews production of it.

Glad it's coming out. Now, if we could only get that long promised release of BAKER STREET!!!!
