There was a segment on how Defying Gravity is performed that was on CBS2 news. It's a really cool video with Stephanie J.Block and some cool clips from the show!

that was pretty awesome, looks like the set isn't that much scaled down for the tour at all.

she looks great...

glinda leaves a little something to be desired for me...

but elphaba looked great!

and i love when newscasters try to break out of their box...they make me laugh.

And yes, Stephanie J Block is an amazing Elphaba. Her performance is spectacular!

Joe I just tried to get tickets at ticketmaster, and the page is gone....guess they are sold out? VERY bizarre.......

wow that's cool.

It looked like a movie when they showed clips of the show.
A dancer might dream to see her name in lights and mean it, but all she really dreams is to make someone else feel the way she did when she first saw a dancer. And that is so beautiful-Anonymous

Ooh, that was great! Those clips of the show looked much more professional and planned than a normal local news broadcast would take; I hope they will be used in commercials for the tour!

The clips look like they're from the press reels - the shots and songs chosen match up pretty well with what all of the NYC reviews and promo bits used.

/wishes that shows would just post the darn things online
