Two that I can think of off the top of my head;
Javert's Suicide - Les Miserables
I Don't Care Much - Cabaret
"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables

How about Your Daddy's Son? It's more like sad, but I guess it would still fit in this category.
Would the "finale" from Cabaret work, too?

"President" from Ragtime. That song kills me everytime now that I know what happens.
"It's Hard To Speak My Heart" and "The Funeral" from Parade
"I'll Cover You (reprise)" from Rent
"The I Love You Song" from The 25th Putnam County Spelling Bee
"We Do Not Belong Together" from Sunday In The Park With George
"Still Hurting" from L5Y
"To The Lifeboats" from Titanic
And the song that imo takes the cake:
"Goodbye Till Tomorrow/I Could Never Rescue You" from L5Y

I'll tack on:
Something Just Broke from Assassins
"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor
"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl
"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

Mr Roxy - you're familiar with ANNIE WARBUCKS? It's one of my favorite shows, but I can never seem to find anyone who's into it (probably because the CD has been out of print for years). "But You Go On" kicks ass, and Donna McKechnie sings the hell out of it.
Other depressing (but gorgeous) songs:
"Stranger In This World" - TABOO
"Petrified" - TABOO
-Kad
"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."
