There's an email address in the press release. Your best bet is to email directly and ask them whether it is open to the public. These things often vary on a case-to-case basis.
Not sure how much success you would have requesting press access. Usually, these events are closed to the press, even if they're open to the public; even if they are open, you need specific press credentials to be put on a press list.
