Desperate Zumanity Question
#1Desperate Zumanity Question
Posted: 8/17/07 at 10:34amYes, I know this should be on the Las Vegas board. I already is but, I thought I should give it a try on the broadway board just in case someone could answer my question. I've got a little problem. I just got discount tickets to Zumanity and I've been wanting to see it for ages. However you must be 18 to get in. I have always been told I look much older than 17 but, I was wondering how strict they are at checking ID. Is there a way to get out of this? Thanks for all of your help!

Posted: 8/17/07 at 10:47amThey didn't check IDs the night I was there. I think you should be fine if you just act mature and walk in. They weren't even carding at the bar. There were lots of "young looking women" in front of me and they weren't carded. Also, I believe the wording is "Zumanity is intended for audiences 18 years of age and older", so they aren't really saying no or that they are even enforcing it. It's a hot show with some very talented dancers. ENJOY!

^^^ I agree with Bettyboy72- when we saw Zumanity in New York, New York Hotel in Las Vegas... They did not check our ID... If my memory serves me right- I dont think there's much nudity in the show .....the guy was wearing a prosthetic --you know what ! The women are topless (big deal
) I think theyre wearing prosthetic too..IMO- There's more nudity in Broadway Bares (and a better show for me )
Though I must say .. I love the theater and the stage - check out where they put the band too- very cool...
BTW- Here's some pics from our trip in Las Vegas last Nov. 2006
Enjoy

You should be fine, just pretend you didn't know and didn't even bring i.d.
You should make sure you don't go near any slot machines or any of the clubs while you're there though. The Gaming commission is very strict about the age limits for gambling and booze.

^^^ here you go
Zumanity marquee outside the hotel
Zumanity Theater (inside) - the theater inside is very nice with red thick carpet (with intricate design - is it strawberry ? can't remember ) and built around the show ...
