I know this has probally been asked before do Pajama Game and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels have rush tickets? Where are the seats located? How is the view? Would I miss anything important? Would it be a good idea to bring binoculars?
.
.
.
If the show does not have rush tickets what would be my odds of securing a ticket the day of the performace? Or would it be better to order then ahead of time? Both are moderatly popular shows.
.
.
.
I know this is alot of ?'s but I would greatly appriciate any help you guys can give me.
Thanks!!!

Dirty rotten Scoundrels has a lottery which you have a fairly good chance of winning particularly on weekdays. The seats are box seats which are nice and close, I enjoyed them. You miss a bit of What was a Women to do, but nothing major or too distracting.

So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

DRS has a lotto two hours before the show. The lotto seats are box seats, not front row. You can check a seating chart to see where they are. They're partial view depending on which box you're in.

This is a good site for lotto/rush policies:

Pajama Game has rush that's pretty much whatever's available. Usually, it's the last 2 rows of the mezzanine. However, sign up for www.hiptix.com and you get priority rush in advance.

Please explain "Priority rush in advance" does this mean that you can buy tickets in advance at rush price?

I'm going to Pajama Game on Wed @ 2 and am wondering about getting a rush ticket anyone know if they're tough to get at the AMERICAN AIRLINES theatre? Talking broadway says that they sell SRO tickets when they are sold out. Has anyone found this to be true or can you usually get a rush ticket?? I just really need to see the show and I'm only in town for one day!

Thanks in Advance re: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels andThe Pajama Game Rush.

Watch out for DRS rush. I sat in the box that is stage right, in the seats closest to the stage. Would have been great except there was a massive speaker blocking my view - missed a huge amount of the show (saw nothing in what was a woman to do). If you have a choice after winning the lotto sit stage left.

yeah, sit stage left but try and get the farthest from the stage. closer up, there is a speaker. before, Norbert came up and got in the box right infront of you, but he doesn't do that anymore.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I believe the rush for Pajama game is 36.25.

when i got to the theater last Saturday night, about 40 minutes before curtain, there was a line of at least 15 students waiting to try and get in. i doubt any of them succeeded.
