Saw Disaster Wednesday night and loved every second... so much fun!
Any news on a cast recording?

Looked for the other thread about this. (Couldn't find)
If I remember correctly the basic thought was: its not happening for two reasons =
1. They only sing parts of the songs in the show....so who wants a recording of only snippets of songs
2. It would be incredibly expensive to get the permissions to record all the songs.

Dramamama has this right on the money. Those were the reasons a cast recording was not in the cards.

Trolls are small little critters so I do not think you fit the profile. Cast album of Disaster will not happen for many reasons previously stated. Sorry about that.

To a lesser extent , Trip of Love is right up there as far as a show bleeding money by the bucket.

If we live in a world where Disaster! has been recorded but She Loves Me hasn't, that really would be a disaster.
