I think a lot of the classic "fairytale" movies like Snow White are a bit too thin in plot and "showtunes" to stretch out into a full musical. The genre lends itself a lot better to the 90s films which had a narrative structure far more in line with a Broadway show.
And yes I know they did a Snow White "Live" years ago but that was more of a cartoony theme-park show than a fully developed Broadway musical.

Pocahontas. It's already a pretty "yikes" and problematic 95% false retelling of the life of a real life person (for more on why Pocahontas is so bad, please look up Lindsay Ellis's video "Pocahontas Was a Mistake, and Here's Why!"
to add even more "yikes" to it would be to make a musical out of it.
