Has any information been released about rush or lottery for these two shows? Or any speculation of what they might do?

They likely won't until a few days before previews start. It's free publicity reminding people the show is about to start, and there's no benefit to informing potential buyers that there will be cheaper ticket options too early to give them a reason not to buy.
