Lea Michele 54 Below Mar 25 2026, 12:20:02 PM
In August 2008, my friends and I saw Lea Michele perform at Mark's restaurant in West Hollywood. This was right after she was in "Les Miz" at The Hollywood Bowl a few weeks before. The space at Mark's was very, very intimate. Probably seated no more than 40 or so in the restaurant. It was a great evening.

Just as I arrived in New York. Just as I let myself believe it was gonna happen.
It’s okay. I knew it might. I'll cope. I’m still gonna make the most of my time here and see shows I might otherwise have missed.
I still love Liza."
Exactly - enjoy your time in NYC. It's beyond your control, and Liza's health is the most important thing. Enjoy seeing your shows. <

Can we get MAME starring Elaine Hendrix and Lisa Ann Walter now? Mar 17 2026, 05:01:17 PM
Jerry Herman said many times that he thought Catherine Zeta-Jones would make a wonderful Mame. I completely agree.
So many have said that the lyrics and book scenes are "dated," and the same can be said for so many classic musicals. "Carousel" with domestic violence, "Oklahoma" with Curley encouraging Judd to kill himself, "The King & I" with slavery and beating women, "South Pacific" with racism. The list goes

Thanks for the update. Will be seeing the show again on May 2nd, and hope that he will be back.

Ragtime Last Night (3/6/26) Mar 9 2026, 02:16:37 PM
When I saw the show in November, "Wheels of A Dream" received a standing O. It wasn't unexpected - it was deserved. It was an incredible performance.
Yes, supporting roles also do ensemble, as well. It's been that way since the show first opened in Toronto in December 1996, almost 30 years ago. This includes the LA production, then NYC, and all the various tours. In addition to Willy, Grandfather also doubles in the ensemb

Love KC! First saw her back in 1985 here in Los Angeles in "Cats." She was Grizabella, and stopped the show nightly. "Cats" ran for 22 months at The Shubert Theatre, and she did the show for the first 18 months. Saw the show multiple times, just to see her. Have all of her cds, including the many, many studio recordings of cast albums that she did. Kim appeared on "The Merv Griffin Show" and the MDA Telethon during her run on &

Linda Eder is the greatest singer of all time Feb 17 2026, 10:11:58 AM
Linda Eder is a gift from the Gods. A fantastic singer and performer. Have seen her in concert over 50 times, all over the country. Saw her 3 times last year in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and Irvine. Have all of her cds, and just adore her.
Many years ago, Bravo TV did a 1 hour profile on her, and Larry King was interviewed. He said, "She's the greatest singer, you've never heard of." She's always been under the
