After reading this entire thread I will echo those who say Broadwaystar4 is a troll who has absolutely no idea the job of a teacher. To say it is not a demanding job shows immaturity, lack of knowledge and generally no sense what-so-ever.
Except I never said it wasn't demanding.
Teaching a bunch of brats about English or Math is not that demanding. At least they get a summer vacation!
This thread needs Jordan to do one of his patented Julia Sugarbaker anti-Sue Storm (BroadwayStar4) rants.
Teaching disrespectful brats can be demanding, just not THAT demanding!

You don't have to be a bus driver to know that it's a boring job.

How come you still haven't given us your Top 5 Most Demanding Professions list?
You don't have to be a bus driver to know that it's a boring job.
Not only do you know little about teaching, you obviously haven't ridden many buses.
"Not only do you know little about teaching"
The same can be said for any of you.
And yes, being a bus driver IS obviously boring. Driving to the same locations, picking up people and dropping them off. Every single day. Oh let me guess, you think that's more demanding than being a Broadway performer? I wouldn't even be surprised if any of you think that way.
What are your thoughts on Certified Public Accountants?

Actually, I'm a college professor. My father, sister, and aunt are teachers. I know way more about teaching than you. And there are many teachers/professors on this board, including dramamama.
We'd be thrilled to clear up any of your misinformation.

How 'bout a Greyhound bus driver who drives for three or four days straight cross-country? Or a bus driver who works eight hours a day driving gridlocked city streets?

But don't expect her at her best ALL EIGHT TIMES A WEEK!
Do I expect it? Without a doubt. Why wouldn't I? And why wouldn't you?

You're making things up again, Arnold.
And I personally know quite a lot of people who are teachers as well. At least we have something in common. And NO WONDER so many of you disagree, because half of you people are teachers and professors. You're all personally insulted just because I said that it's not as demanding. So of course you're all biased and feel offended. This is very interesting.
I suppose it's safe to say that you also think bus drivers have a more demanding job than performing on Broadway? I bet you think every job in the world is more demanding than performing on Broadway, because that's what you guys keep implying. Housekeeping is more demanding. Babysitting is more demanding. And performing on Broadway is just the least demanding of all.

What are some of the jobs you've held?
"Teaching disrespectful brats can be demanding, just not THAT demanding!"
And you know this how, Troll?
YES I would say housekeeping and babysitting are more demanding. Being on Broadway is demanding sure, any job is. But you really think being a HOUSEKEEPER is less demanding than performing eight shows a week?
I guess spamming is one of Phyllis Rogers Stone's specialties? It's quite funny that you posted every topic I created. Although that was pointless and a waste of time for you. You're just bringing more attention to me and I've loving it. Thank you for promoting my threads.
