It doesn't hurt to try, but I've found that the "no refunds/exchanges" rule is one that's usually pretty firmly upheld by most theatres. You could always attempt to past-date the ticket, but with a show like this that's generally selling pretty well, that's less of a guarantee. Honestly, if there's nothing preventing you from going on the date you're currently scheduled to go, I'd suggest you just stick with it.
But, like ljay said, there's no harm in calling.
