Does TKTS have tickets for all daily RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS shows?

Will be in NYC this weekend and want to see the RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR either on Saturday or Sunday morning before my matinees.

What has been been people's experience at TKTS with RADIO CITY? Will the morning shows be on the boards? On the TKTS site it does list RADIO CITY having been on there last week, but it doesn't get into specific info - as to which of the many daily performances it applies to.

Any imput would be appreciated.

Does TKTS open early enough for the morning shows? Maybe the lower Manhattan site, which sells next-day matinee tix, may be better?

Well, there's a 9am and 11:30am morning show on Sat/Sun. Looks like TKTS open at 10am on Sat/Sun. So, it would apply to the 11:30am show that day.

Would have to take a cab down to the lower Manhattan site. Is it crowded at that location?

I don't know about crowds, but you don't HAVE to take a cab there. The subway goes there. Take the A or C (or a couple of the red lines and green lines) to the Broadway/Nassau or Fulton Street stop and walk a few blocks to the Seaport.

The South Street Seaport TKTS booth is hardly ever crowded. I would suggest taking the subway to Fulton Street. It will only cost you $4 round trip as opposed to a whole lot more taking a cab downtown and then back uptown. Just leave yourself enough time...you'll be fine!

Thanks so much. Sorry to sound like a tourist and not know how to get around NYC. Ha, ha....

I get to NYC 3-4 times a year, and always take the AIR TRAIN from JKF to the E train, that takes you into NYC. My hotel is right there on the first stop into Manhattan. Other than that, I've only been on the subway one other time last year when a friend showed me his apartment on the Upper West Side. I'm so used to walking in NYC - never take the subways.

Based on your comments, the 6 train may be your best bet to get to the TKTS booth in lower Manhattan.

If you have TDF membership? It showed up to TDF for $38.50~ on selected dates but also on 11 am show!

No, I don't have a TDF Membership. When you do TDF Tickets, do you know what your seat is? Or, do you find out when you show up at the box office? I'm not that familiar with how is works.

When you do TDF Tickets, do you know what your seat is? NO. sometimes you will know it only IF they mail you the ticket~but could be anywhere.

If you dont live in NYC or surrounding area- I would NOT recommend joining TDF~it wont be worth it. It works if you see shows ALL THE TIME!

If you are coming to NYC this christmas season just to see shows and would really wanna see RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SHOW! I suggest order your ticket online and just pay the full price!

Thanks for the advice. Yes, the RADIO CITY show is really something. I've seen it 4 times throughout the years. I've bought a ticket at TKTS twice before, and moved to a better seat once the show starts. In all my years, it's never been completely full.

Input starting and ending address and it will route you there ~ even taking into account the construction diversions. :)

And yes ~ the A and C stop at 59th, 42nd, 34th, the C at 23rd and 50th...

I have to see RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR~ I have not seen it! Hopefully before Christmas I can visit NYC again to see this and ARIAS WITH A TWIST. Its been awhile since I been to the city~ last time was August (summer) for HAIR!
