shonn wiley is the leading man? strange, all this time i thought tom hewitt was......
not that it answers the question anyway.
the leading man WAS Tom Hewitt. and Darren Ritchie gets honorable "romantic lead" status for being so gosh darn cute and singing the hell out of "Before the Summer Ends"...

He was the doctor Jack Seward- also understudied Harker...I saw him as Harker and personally thought he was amazing

I recently listened to Dracula and thought it was ok. I liked Nosferatu much better tho. The voices on that are much stronger IMO.
jackson, how did you recently listen to dracula? there isn't a cd.
but yes, i agree that shonn is the star. (i'm mad i never got to see him as jonnathan) if i was lucy, i would have picked jack seward any day!

ya, i always listened to Dracula...William Youmans is wasting away in Wicked with that awesome voice...
Nosferatu is just a few spoken lines now...
also, a lot of the songs that are still in the show - like the Mist (Reprise) is really part "The Mist" and part "Please Don't Make Me Love You"
So I guess since the show has closed there wil be no recording? Seems odd since it seems like most Wildhorn shows have at least two recordings.

Who would do the recording other than the OBC? Presumably Linda Eder would have a part in it as the downloads on the website are her, but who else?
Sometimes Megan Sikora sings LIFE AFTER LIFE AFTER LIFE AFTER LIFE AFTER LIFE *breath* AFTER LIFE AFTER LIFE AFTER LIIIIFE *glance at audience* AFTER LIIIIFE

heh I got in from a newsgroup. Live recording I believe:)
The CD that's being made- I was talking to Frank on Sunday and he said he can't say who is on it yet. He also said 4 new songs (I'm assuming from La Jolla) that weren't in the Broadway production was going to be on it...I know I posted this info somewhere else but I'll redo it.

ya, think you were the one that said it...
i have the demo version - which at least has some Tom and Melissa...
I wish Megan Sikora was Lucy on the recording because she is now unemployed, poor thing.
I love when she says life after life after life after life after life after life after life after life
mine is 26 tracks. but the four new songs that will be on the "official" CD won't necessarily be from La Jolla because there were lots of songs in La Jolla that weren't used on Broadway. Mainly, "One More Lonely Night" and its reprise, "First Taste", "There is a Love", "The Invitation", "Van Helsing's Proposal/Prayer For The Dead (reprise)", "Risks Worth Taking" and the "Deep in the Darkest Night" reprise so there are simply too many songs that were just cut from La Jolla all together to say that perhaps the four new songs are songs that were never even in the show at any point....
