thanks Margo!
Uhhhh~! Why do they do it when DH is on! Hmm, I guess I'll have to watch both.
I went to the theatremania website and searched extensively. The only thing that comes up is the link for discounted tickets. Where exactly do we catch this webcast from? At 9 PM will there be a new link on the homepage?
I am surprised there is not an announcement banner on the main page, too, but I think the link goes up at the last minute...
Wow, they're really advertising this.
I know Munk i keep nervously going back to the site and nothings there but I'm trusting that in like fifteen minutes or so it'll be up.
No kiddin'. Seriously, though. How many non-theater types do you know who sit around anxiously waiting for the DRAMA DESK AWARDS?
Eh. Hell. How many THEATER types do you know? I just got back from the post-show cast dinner of a show I was stage managing and half the people there were like, "Drama Desk? What's that?"

The link is up
WHERE???
Yeah, I didn't see it on the main page. Can you post a link?
Go to theatremania.com. If you are already on the site, leave and go back. The link immediately pops up.

Ahhh, thanks!
i have a mac and it's having problems does that mean i can't watch it?
Bring Him Home!
These sound like live versions. Music of the Night sounded live also.
Couldn't they have something a bit...peppier?!?!?
Are they just playing music before the show starts?
Looks like it. You can hear people in the background. This is perfect. I am stuck in my office here in Denver working on a project. The Awards will keep me company!
yup 9
Can someone please help me get them I have a mac and it's having problems with it
What channel is it on-- I can't find it on my TV.
I think it's airing in June on PBS.
Did anyone else just have the sound really kick in. I just jumped a mile out of my chair!
ETA: I dont know if it'll play for you, jamie. Mine's playing on RealPlayer, but it said on the main page that you needed to have WMP version 9 downloaded...which wouldn't be compatible with Mac, correct?

Yeah, the crowd noise is fading in and out. I guess they're doing sound checks.
