I believe I may have mentioned this once or twice before... but...

DEFINITELY Violet Hilton (in Side Show, for those who don't know... it ran for SUCH a long time, though, I can't imagine how you *wouldn't*!... you know, that role that Emily Ripley played... and got a joint nomination with that Alice chick for the other role...)

re: Dream Roles

I would love to play Millie and Miss Flannery. Also, Dot to to Raul Esparza's George. Any time. Any place.
Also, the balladeer, and Becky Ann Baker's character (having a brain fart and can't remember her name) from Assassins. Oooh, and pretty much anyone Bernadette Peters, Patti LuPone, and Angela Lansbury have ever played! Yeah, I want it all...

Gotta jump on the bandwagon and say that Elphaba in Wicked is a role I'd really love to play someday. It's an incredible role.

re: Dream Roles

Hahaha I agree, if I didnt have boobs and long hair I'd totally go out for Mark! And Seymour. :-P However one of the above traits is permanent so I'll just have to be content with wanting to be Maureen from RENT someday. :-P Would love to be her but do they have strict guidlines as far as the physical aspect goes? I'm asian and I dont know if that really decreases my chance, I wouldnt think so because they never really specify with Maureen but you never know.
