Hey I'm seeing Drowsy in August. I can't find on ticketmaster or broadway.com how long the show runs. Including intermission, how long is it for those of you who have seen it?

No intermission -- it was about an hour and 45 minutes, when I saw it, probably because the audience was just full of laughter that night. Updated On: 7/30/06 at 09:25 PM

The intermission was the best part! I really wanted a power bar after I left the theater!

No intermission? Then someone else says it was the best part?

Someone, explain!

hmm....I don't know how much we should give away! You need the element of suprise to add to the experience.

No intermission in the literal sense. There's a scene in the show that occus where an intermission might normally take place. To say any more would spoil the fun.

There is no REAL intermission. Since the man in the chair is sharing his favorite musical, he pauses the "show" and discusses intermissions. re: Drowsy

So, that was the Drowsy Chaperone. Oh, I love it so much. I know it's not a perfect show...but it does what a musical is supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue. Ya know?

So the show is 90 minutes? But he takes 15 minutes to discuss intermissons so it makes it 1 hr 45 min?

You really stay in the moment when there is no intermission. I enjoyed it.

ummmm- well really there is no intermission. The actual show just continues on. I also enjoyed not having a break- it kept the show short and oh-so sweet.

Why would you copy and paste information given in numerous posts above you?? That makes no sense.
