Hello! I have a performance coming up for my colleges performing arts club and the theme is “Page to Stage”. I want to do either a duet or a trio with my friends. The duet would be 2 female (one alto/mezzo and one mezzo/sop) or the trio can be 2 females (same as above) and one male (bass/bari). I need ideas for songs please help!

You could probably get away with something from HAMILTON - it was technically based on Ron Chernow’s biography of him.

There's a good jumping off place. You have 1 or 2 friends who can help you. Have at it.

You could do "The Riddle" from The Scarlet Pimpernel.
I think "There Is More To Love" from Aspects of Love would fit your criteria. It was a solo for Giulietta in the original London production (and therefore on the cast recording), but was a duet with Rose on Broadway and (I think) in every production since then. (ETA: "Stop. Wait. Please." from the same show is a fun trio that includes those two women plus the character of George.)

There are a ton of duets and trios in THE NOTEBOOK. A very underrated score (IMO).
