Did he play Joe Gills in the British national tour of Sunset Boulevard with Faith Brown?

Darn! I miss him by a month -- I'm seeing the show 7/16. I don't recall how deep his voice is. POTO and Les Mis are clearly incestuous shows. However, I thought Norm Lewis was the only Javert to play the Phantom.
Audrey, the Phantom Phanatic, who nonetheless would rather be Jean Valjean, who knew how to make lemonade out of lemons.
