She broke into Emma Thompson's house, wrestled her to the ground and threatened, "If you don't withdraw from Sweeney Todd immediately, I'm going to sit on the front row and sing your part half a beat ahead of you." So Elaine is announcing that she will be taking over for Thompson in future Sweeney concerts. And apparently Sondheim is okay with this.

Seriously I think she's going to announce that her Andrew Lloyd-Webber cabaret act will be filmed (for tv or movies, I don't know which).
But it's much more fun to speculate until the truth comes out.

She's announcing that she will be hiding under Kelli O'Hara's dress during The King & I and hitting the high notes that O'Hara doesn't feel like hitting on matinee days.
Or that while hiding under there, she will prod or otherwise goose O'Hara to insure she will hit those high notes.

The entire story will take place in her mind while she is riding on The Polar Express. The entire production will be computer generated so that Elaine can do the performance on Broadway while she's lying on the beach in Blackpool.
Goth, she will be rollerblading around a rink as she daydreams of all the people around her as the characters in Starlight. With the big 80s hairdo and foggy lighting, she's got a few soft-rock ballads to sing as the real action gets set up by the moving projectors.

Elaine will be portraying Judi Dench from the time period that Dame Judi first accepted the part of Grizabella in the new musical Cats until the night that Judi started to ascend the Heavyside Layer ladder only to find out too late that some vindictive cow had greased the rungs. Betty Buckley has agreed to play Elaine Paige, the actress who quickly assumed the role of Grizabella and chief suspect in the greasing matter. David Tenant will play Paige's boyfriend Tim Rice, who was spurned as the lyricist for Cats and went on to write the Pippin rip-off Blondel.
