I was told years ago they stopped doing Peer To Peer because the $30 balcony is the affordable option.

I can't speak for their current season, but they have definitely been doing Peer To Peer for the last couple years. That was how I saw both Runaways and God Bless You Mr Rosewater, and though I ended up deciding not to see Golden Apple, I recall getting the Peer to Peer offer email for it. 

I have not yet gotten an email about it for Brigadoon though.
