Just got center Aisle for 9/30.
Gold Card not needed. They dont ask for presale code.
Just got my seats too. Front row mezz on the aisle. I'm gonna see Harry Potter's winkie!
Did you call or use the website?
I got my tickets for 9/5. So excited!
I used the website---- keep refreshing from 8:55AM (EST)
Anytime that I dont have to speak with customer service, I do it !!!
Wanted to get tix for opening night, but not on sale to public.
Love goin to shows after the reviews come out (especially since it looks like these should be very favorable ones !!)
I used the website - no problem at all. I thought I'd have trouble but it didn't run slowly at all. I too prefer to wait until after opening night.
There is no center aisle at the Broadhurst - two orchestra aisles left and right.
He obviously meant center section aisle seat.
Got 101---- long as its aisle, thats cool.

Just got Orchestra Aisle 101 for 9/13. I called and didn't have to wait. Phew, now that one's out of the way.
Does anyone know when REGULAR tix go on sale?

They are not selling very good seats for this pre-sale. The orchestra seats are almost as far away as Standing Room.
The prices are $60- $115.

The closest orchestra seat that came up was center Row M. I decided to go with first row mezz on the aisle.
Yeah, believe lowest priced seats are $61 for Weds Mat--- didnt really want to pay $66 for Mezz (Tues nite) , but doubt will see any discounts for this one, and speaking with someone that saw the production, and was told... "get your tix NOW!!

I got tickets for Saturday, Oct. 4th, 8pm. I also decided to go for the first row mezzanine. The seats are in the left mezzanine, but they are the first 2 on the aisle (closer to center, of course). I felt this was the best option for what was coming up (and I wanted to go to a Sat evening performance). Hopefully they'll be OK.
The mezzanine at the Brodhurst is closer to the stage then in any other theatre. So that's definately the best option that's coming up. But my friends don't want to sit in the mezz so were just going to wait until we can get better seats. =[

I dunno...this doesn't seem like a show where "waiting" will be to your benefit. I feel like it's a "get the best you can as soon as you can" show. I wasn't taking any chances.
Well, I know I'll definately see it multiple times since the theatre has Standing room. I could also always get cancelation on the day of the show. I'm just not one to pay full price unless I get an amazing seat.

Wait, so, the best seats aren't even on sale yet? So wouldn't it be better to just wait until the general sale starts, even if you have an AmEx card?
That's what I was thinking.

The BEST seats are the ones reserved for the Gold Card. All the other seats are available with a regular AMEX card. I don't think there are great seats reserved for when tickets go on sale to the general public. The reason the BEST seats are not coming up is because people are using the regular AMEX card and not the Gold Card. I would not take a chance to wait until the general public sale because all the best seats could be gone by then (Gold Card and regular AMEX presales). That happened to me with Gypsy. I decided to wait until the general public sale to see if something better would become available, but it didn't really happen. Luckily I was able to get decent tickets for a Sunday matinee (front center mezzanine), but it was definitely tough. I wouldn't count on great seats opening up for the general public sale, especially with the high demand/limited run for this show (although it is possible and you can take the chance...I wasn't willing to risk it, though).
I have the code for the Gold Card and it's all the same seats.
