Does anybody know where I can hear his version of Willkommen from Fosse Verdon? I loved it so much from the series.

Unfortunately, they did not show the filming of the “Wilkommen” number so that was never recorded for the soundtrack. Since they only showed footage of the “Two Ladies” number, Ethan recorded this for the soundtrack.

His version of the song is played during the end credits of one of the first few episodes, if not the first episode.

Indeed.  I stand corrected.  Ethan's "Wilkommen" plays at the start of the end credits of Episode 1 "Life is a Cabaret" (just checked).  Unfortunately, its only a few seconds long.  As I mentioned earlier, its not on the official soundtrack so looks like it might never have been recorded in full like "Two Ladies" which is only shown for a few seconds on a monitor.
