Hi, I'm planning on rushing Evita and was wondering where the line begins inside the Marquis? Thanks

It starts where the Evita tunnel is. Where all the posters are, if that helps.

Right outside the box office where the tunnel is. There's a small ramp leading up to the box office. The two times I went everyone starts on the ramp and lines up in the direction farther underneath the tunnel in case you get there first.

When are rush tickets available for the evening performance? Is it when the box office opens? Or later in the day?

They are available when the box office opens. I have seen on Twitter some fans boasting that they were on line at 6AM and were able to get first row seats. I'm sure you have a life, though, but if you wanted to get up close you could do that. Good luck!!

Hmm. I'm heading into the city next Wednesday and was hoping to win the virtual lottery for Into the Woods. If I did not win the lottery (they let us know by around 3:00) I was going to try to get a rush ticket for Evita. Someone told me it is whatever is left over and not a certain amount set aside. I hope that's true!

That is true but I don't know if they will just sell them all day. Considering they rarely (if ever?) sell out anymore, that would mean rush tickets are always available right up until the performance. I'm not sure if that's true as there may be a cut off time.
