I just have to back up a second. A 16 year old Eva!!!! WTF?!?!? I don't think that anyone under the age of 25 can really handle that role and that may even be pushing it a bit.
I may be mistaken but I believe that ALW officially added it into the show after its success in the film. I also like how Eva sings 'Another Suitcase...' in the film as opposed to Peron's Mistress. I think it makes more sense character wise.

Aside from the historical accuracy of Eva kicking out one of Peron's teenage mistresses, the one thing everyone seems to overlook is the obvious:
Another Suitcase exists mainly to give the lead actress a well-deserved break offstage. She's onstage, singing, dancing & acting in 9 of 10 previous numbers.
Raul Esparza as Che and Mark Kudisch for Juan Peron
They would be too close in age to play Che and Juan. Juan should be considerably older Che.
