Evita tour

I read on broadwayinchicago.com that a touring production of Evita is coming in November. I didn't even know there was a tour out. I looked on actors equiity to see if it was equity or not but it didnt show up. Seems i cant find any info about it. Soo does anyone know anything about it? Is it good?

It's gonna be done by Troika. Non-Equity.

They announced it for Washington DC

The tour is Troika, but it's going to be Equity. They're doing an Equity-Troika agreement and hiring Equity performers.. it's going to open "on or about" November 1 and tour for 14 months!! I can't wait!! I did the show with Felicia Finley as Eva and I'd never heard the music before (except for "Don't Cry for Me...") and I fell in LOVE with it.. can't wait to see the tour!!!

I'm with you Ballet - I can't wait for the tour as well. I fell in love with it years ago and would love to see a live production.

I know Fiddler held a non-Equity open call in mid March and had callbacks the next day... but I haven't heard any casting info yet from anyone...
